Current Hunting
Season
We
strive to provide for a quality outdoor experience with an opportunity to
hunt true trophy big game animals in a safe and comfortable setting. Our
style of hunting is early morning and evening traditional blind hunting,
with mid-day spotting and stalking. We do not hunt out of vehicles. We
have strict safety rules that we expect every hunter to follow without
exception.
Access Fee
Most hunts are 3 days and 2
nights. A
$250 per day, per hunter
access fee includes all meals, refreshments, lodging, and transportation
on the ranch as well as transportation to and from the San Antonio or
Austin airports. You may also enjoy excellent fishing and skeet shooting
between hunts. Your access fee includes a one-on-one guide who will work
with you throughout your stay to assure a successful hunt, take care of
all field preparation and quartering, as well as, cold storage for your
animal on the ranch. In addition to your access fee there is a trophy fee
per animal harvested.
Non-hunter fee is
$150 per day.
Trophy Fee
All Trophy Fees are per species
and non-negotiable. Doe are hunted in addition to a trophy buck.

Other Information
You Need to Know
All
wounded animals are paid in full based on the above rates.
A non-refundable deposit of
50 percent of the estimated value of
the hunt is required on all trophy hunts to reserve your
dates. Methods of
payment may include cash, cashier’s check or personal check. Payment is
due, in full, before leaving the FFR. Current Texas Hunting License is
required, but not provided at the FFR. Gratuities not included.
